Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Sport Safety International makes every attempt to ensure customer satisfaction. The following refund and cancellation policies are in effect for our online and live course offerings.

ONLINE COURSES

If you are having technical difficulties or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@sportsafetyinternational.org. If we are unable to resolve your problem to your satisfaction, we will refund your course fee. Please note, no refunds will be issued for courses that have been completed.

LIVE COURSES

We will offer a full refund for courses that we must cancel. Otherwise, refunds are honored based on the following:

Cancellations received 14 days prior to the event: 90% refund
Cancellation requests received between 5 and 13 days prior to the event: 70% refund
Less than 5 days prior to the event: no refund

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ATHLETIC TRAINERS

Sport Safety International has decided to end its BOC Approved Provider status effective January 1, 2023. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause for our fellow athletic trainers, but the sharp increase in BOC fees and requirements have made this action necessary. SSI intends to continue offering AT continuing education in the near future under BOC Category D (Non-Approved Provider Programs). The BOC currently allows ATs to claim up to 28 hours of the required 50 hours under Category D each reporting period.

As an athletic trainer owned and operated business, we appreciate your support over the years, and look forward to continuing to serve ATs again very shortly.
